IAF Oceania Region Mentoring Program

The IAF Oceania  Region is delighted to announce  that the Mentor Program (MP) is again available to members of the IAF in the Oceania  Region.

 Members interested in taking part in this program (either as a Mentor or as a Mentee) should contact Marie Martin (marie.martin@iinet.net.au) - and download BOTH the program application form and program manual.

It is anticipated that Mentor Programs will run for 6 months but a longer period may be possible subject to the agreement of both Mentor and Mentee.

This personalised mentoring and coaching would normally cost in the range of $1500 - $2500 and it is free for our IAF members!

Feedback from the initial Mentor Program was extremely positive.

“Through the mentoring experience  I have stepped outside of my previous comfort zones to explore a greater range of techniques and tools. 

I was surprised by “the creation of such a comfortable environment to discuss personal and professional thoughts, without the actual physical proximity of my mentor.”

The IAF ANZ Leadership Team will meet in early June to match Mentors and Mentees.
