Guiding principles/values of the organization: MASTERFUL FACILITATION is an institute of programs to build confidence and skill facilitating in any setting from in-person team meetings to large group sessions to the virtual environment.
Build Your Confidence & Skill through: The CONFIDENT FACILITATOR is a three-day experiential program that will give you a practical foundation in facilitation theory and practice. In this program, you will gain the fundamentals of planning, designing, and facilitating meetings, including how to establish norms, understand roles, keep conversations on track, help improve group interaction, and respond to individual and group dynamics. You will also learn to use a variety of methods for group decision-making, for generating solutions with broad buy-in, and for building consensus and lasting agreements.
Develop your Mastery through: The INSPIRED FACILITATOR is a deep dive into the principles, theories, practices, and processes for understanding, designing, and facilitating complex group dynamics and multi-stakeholder situations. In this program you will explore the ongoing dance of masterful facilitation - outwardly attending to purpose and process and inwardly being present to what is emerging and possibility.
Enhance your skill, confidence and mastery through: FACILITATING WISE ACTION for Lasting Impact is a unique in-house learning intensive on how to facilitate conversational methods in communities and organizations for more cooperative and sustainable results. This program combines theory and practice around proven participatory methods used around the world (e.g., World Café, Open Space, Dialogue, Appreciative Inquiry, Deliberative Dialogue, etc.) for breakthrough thinking, decision-making and collaborative action.
