(years/ firms or organizations etc.): Ng Choon Seng has more
than 18 years of experience in leading the learning and development and
human resource functions in the hospitality sector, Japanese
manufacturing MNC as well as leading management development and
organization development for US Fortune 500 Companies. He has delivered
leadership, coaching, change management and facilitation programs for
companies and organizations from different industries in South East Asia
and countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and India.
Choon Seng has facilitated workshop sessions for Members of Parliament,
senior SAF and police officers, principals, teachers and senior leaders
in public organizations and directors, managers, supervisors as well
engineers, line leaders and production operators for local and
multinational companies. His clients include the top management team of
the Central Division of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), Health
Sciences Authority (HSA) and Republic Polytechnic (RP).
He has facilitated various Human Resources Development Feedback Group
public consultation sessions and focus group sessions for MCYS. Choon
Seng has also been invited by various companies and conferences to speak
and share his experiences in facilitation and change management. He is
also the designer and facilitator for various modules of the Certificate
of Organisational Facilitation program by Republic Polytechnic.
Choon Seng is one of the first in Singapore to be an International
Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator
(CPF) and is the only Singaporean to be certified as an IAF CPF
Assessor. He is also the only Singaporean to be certified by the World
Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) as a Certified Master Action
Learning Coach.
Choon Seng received his Masters of Arts in Human Resource Development
(MAHRD) from the George Washington University (GWU), Washington, USA. He
was awarded the Leonard Nadler Leadership Award for his outstanding
leadership, service, professional and academic successes.
He runs his own facilitation and coaching practice under Dialogos Pte
