The IAF mentoring program
The IAF mentoring program connects members in a supportive, one-to-one relationship designed to build facilitation skills, confidence, and a stronger connection to the IAF community.
Mentees are paired with experienced Certified™ Professional Facilitators (CPFs) from around the world, based on their goals, interests, and availability. The program runs over six months and includes tools, resources, and orientation sessions to guide the mentoring relationship.
To participate, mentees must be an IAF member, and pay a one-time program fee. Mentors must be an IAF member and CPF. This is a free opportunity for mentors since they will be donating their time in mentorship.
