While we focus on process facilitation, we are always interested in other perspectives and approaches.
Every meeting that is facilitated has an impact on the individuals and the groups they are a part of and enables a change the way people think, act and impact the world around them.

For over 30 years, IAF has promoted facilitation worldwide, fueled by the passion of our members in over 70 countries.
I was honoured to join IAF as Executive Director in 2024 and have been an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator since 2015. I’ve seen how facilitation drives meaningful change.
Whether you’re experienced or new to facilitation, IAF provides resources and opportunities to help you grow your career. Our certification programs uphold the highest standards in the profession.

With an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education in Organizational Studies, Kathrina has dedicated her career to fostering cross-cultural understanding, creating healthy work environments, and optimizing staff performance.
Over the past 30 years, Kathrina has successfully led organisations to significantly increased productivity and revenue, even in challenging economic times. Kathrina has extensive leadership experience with non-profit and charitable organizations. With a strong quality improvement focus, she is skilled in engaging people to achieve results. She has the proven ability to develop and maintain successful partnerships to increase opportunities for growth.
Kathrina is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Certified Health Executive (CHE), Licensed LEADS Facilitator, Certified John Maxwell Affiliate member, Certified LEAN Practitioner, and Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT). Kathrina’s commitment to lifelong learning, coupled with her expertise in facilitation, leadership, education, accreditation, and management, enables her to help organizations achieve their goals effectively.
