Facilitation Week is a global, community-driven celebration of facilitation, bringing together practitioners, organisations, and communities from around the world to share knowledge, strengthen skills, and spotlight the impact of great facilitation.
Each year, many events take place across regions and time zones, including workshops, webinars, panels, community conversations, and interactive learning experiences. Whether you are a seasoned facilitator, new to the field, or simply curious about collaborative leadership and group process, Facilitation Week offers opportunities to learn, connect, and be inspired.

What is Facilitation Week?
Facilitation Week is an annual initiative led by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) to celebrate and elevate the practice of facilitation worldwide.
During the week, facilitators and partner organisations host free or low-cost events designed to share tools, spark meaningful dialogue, and strengthen communities. Events are organized locally and virtually, creating a truly global experience that reflects the diversity of facilitation practice across cultures, sectors, and disciplines.
Facilitation Week is made possible by volunteers and contributors from across the IAF network and beyond.
