Fasil Damte Bogale is Deputy Director at Hope for the Fatherless, Ethiopia and Chair of the IAF Ethiopia Chapter. A passionate facilitator, coach, and author, Fasil supports leadership development and knowledge sharing, helping teams move toward clarity, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Ramesh Srinivasan is Founder & Principal Architect of LeadFac Solutions, an IAF Endorsed Facilitator, certified Executive Coach, and AQ Level 2 Professional Coach. Ramesh partners with organizations on Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Competency Management, AQ solutions, and OD initiatives, using Group Process Facilitation to enable results and transformation.
