About the Facilitator:
Yateen Gharat has been using facilitation since 2012, completed his CPF in 2015 Mumbai. In the past 6 years he has Facilitated more than 187 pure group process facilitation workshops with diverse target-audience such as, Education, Corporate, NGO and various communities.
His Focus areas of Facilitation –Teaching Facilitation Skills, Asking Questions that Make A Difference (MAD Questions.) Meetings that work, Consensus building, Conflict resolution, Visioning and Strategic Planning, Leading with Facilitative Approach, Team Bonding, Communication Dynamics, and Action Planning, Teaching ToP Methods at ICA India – ORID, CWM, PSP, POP, WOW.
Yateen is a designer of around 40 new methods and processes. Part of the IAF Mumbai hub core team. He is part of the IAF Global mentorship program. He enjoys promoting the Power Of Facilitation theme of IAF World. His processes were selected in 6 international conferences, could present in 4 IAF Asia conferences – Taiwan, Seoul ,China and Malaysia.( Missed OSAKA and IAF Global summit). Also Presented in IAF India regional conferences 4 years consecutively. He is also a Co-Ttrainer with ICA India.
