Many of us spend hours creating charts and graphics for our sessions. For some, this comes easy but it's not a strength we all have! The posters resource was created because I struggled to create crisp professional-looking charts for my events - often spending countless hours drafting with pencil, then using marker etc only to make a mistake and have to begin again!
This bundle has been developed to save time by providing facilitators with hand-drawn posters that support the Technology of Participation (ToP) Action Planning Process. They can be printed at 24x36" size on blueprint paper and are ready to color or laminated providing a sustainable resource for future facilitations. The bundle includes a digital file of black and white posters, ready for printing and easy to customize, along with instructions on how to print, color (if desired), and laminate.
12 posters support each step of ToP Action Planning including: Givens, Victory Vision, Current Reality, & Commitments pre-formatted charts to capture your participants' ideas along with posters to support the modified Consensus Workshop for Key Actions, plus Calendaring Instructions, Coordination Questions and blank for note taking, and a Resolve poster to create a fun T-shirt logo to launch the project.
