IAF Outreach – Promoting the Power of Facilitation Everywhere

Outreach is the effort made by any organisation to connect with and offer support to a wider community, often to share knowledge, provide services, or foster collaboration. IAF India has made strides towards even during CoViD and continues to do so!
 
Under the IAF India Outreach initiative, the Pune hub of the IAF India chapter has signed an MOU with Pune-based MIT ADT University for a three year Outreach Project aimed at enhancing the facilitation skills of the university's educators.
 

IAF Onboarding Sessions

These sessions are dedicated to new members: creating connections within the IAF community, know about the great things that are happening in the community globally, and learn about the IAF benefits.

However, any member is invited to participate and contribute with their insights about their experience as members.

As you register, you’ll be invited to answer a survey so that we get to know each other (a bit) better and align our session to your needs.

Unlocking new horizons: A journey of a thousand miles through the IAF Africa Regional Conference

From 23 to 26 October 2023, facilitators from across Africa and beyond convened in Sululta at the Africa Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) in Ethiopia to attend the IAF Africa Region Conference.

This transformative event was organised by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Africa Region in collaboration with AFLEX and powered by ACE Advisors on the theme of "Facilitation in a Changing Africa".
