Usual or Expected Outcomes: It moves the emphasis on those who disagree to convince the majority. (Traditional consensus commonly works the other way!)
Procedures:

The Facilitation Impact Awards (FIA) honour excellence in facilitation and its positive, measurable impact on achieving results. The Facilitation Impact Awards were organized in 2013, and since that time over 60 organizations around the globe have received a platinum, gold, or silver Facilitation Impact Award in recognition of their excellence in achieving impactful results through facilitation.
