Abstract:
Although meetings represent a significant investment of time and talent for most organizations, the cost and ROI are rarely calculated. Because meetings themselves are not seen as a business process, they are seldom supported with clear guidelines, adequate training, performance measures or commitment to continuous improvement. In this webinar, we will share tools for benchmarking an organization´s level of meeting mastery, detecting weak spots and transforming meetings into a valuable business asset.
