Facilitating Results, is a facilitation practice that helps organizations work towards their goals in a manner that fits their corporate culture in ways that they can sustain. Risk management is an area of focus. My work beliefs are as follows: •I am an expert in my field and you are an expert in your organization – together we can achieve great things. • The collective wisdom is greater than any one person, expert or otherwise, can bring to the table. • I firmly believe in knowledge transfer and empowering people to make changes with the resources available to them - should they choose to accept this challenge. • I am happiest when productive, and believe this can coincide at work with having some FUN.
