Noel E K Tan, CPF

For the last 18 years, Noel’s best work as an independent consultant has been in melding organisational systems with the human spirit by transforming the way leaders inspire cultures of collaboration in disruptive change.  He is known for his person-centred facilitation within a systems context. 

He typically works with senior teams, organisations seeking renewal and fitness with their changing contexts and multi-stakeholder eco-systems desiring greater impact in the world. His clients range from private, investment and retail banking, oil and gas, healthcare, technology, public, higher education, and non-profit sectors.   He attained his CPF credential in 2009.

 

Jerlyn Tang, CPF & Assessor, Past President - IAF Singapore Chapter (2015-Mar 2017)

With more than 20 years of corporate experience in OD, HR, Management Consultancy, Change Management and IT Project Management, Jerlyn previously held the appointment of Head, Change Management (Ministry of Defence).  She managed and executed one of the largest HR transformation efforts in Singapore on the implementation and transition to one enterprise HR system.  She was instrumental in setting up the Defence Management Group Facilitators Network, a team of in-house facilitators; and guided them in designing and delivering team-building, innovation, change and business review workshops for MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces between 2007 to 2009. 

Her work with her clients includes public and private sectors, enhancing their capacity to manage change, collaboration, relationships and performance.  Her latest pursuit of total well-being and transformation includes deploying the concepts of I-Ching or Chinese Metaphysics in bringing about people’s capacity to change, grow and make positive change for their lives. She attained her CPF credential in 2007.

With over 30 years’ experience in facilitation spanning variety of roles and industries across 4 continents, Rhonda incorporates a range facilitative approaches to help shift entrenched thinking and open individuals and groups to explore previously unimagined futures. She applies this in her work with organisational change, dysfunctional work relationships, strategic planning and organisational restructures as well as coaching and leadership development. 

Rhonda attained her CPF credential in 2006 and was awarded the IAF Hall of Fame in 2015 for global services to the profession of Facilitation. She has trained and mentored hundreds of facilitators from many countries.

 

Dr. Tom Schwarz, CPF & Assessor, Past Oceania Regional Director (2007-8),

For more than 25 years, Tom has held senior management positions in Asia-Pacific for IT giants (DEC, Apple, HP) introducing and leading disruptive and adaptive change.

He now supports organizations across the globe in organization development, transformation and promoting creative adaptive responses to change. His focus is on increasing empowerment and adaptability and his interventions help build self-transforming and interdependent mindsets and thinking.

Tom’s clients range from primary school children to global multinational oil companies to governments to universities to medical advisory Boards to conglomerates across the Asia-Pacific.  He attained his CPF credential in 2004, Assessor credential in 2006, and is an inaugural IAF ‘Hall of Fame’ recipient for his global services to the profession of Facilitation.
