Conference HOW TO CREATE SPACE FOR CO-THINKING AND CO-WORKING?
An organization cannot function effectively without good cooperation, co-working and co-thinking.
An organization cannot function effectively without good cooperation, co-working and co-thinking.
Therefore, during the conference we will talk about ways of creating space for co-thinking and co-working in organizations. We will show how to use facilitation and participatory methods of work to create space for cooperation, engage employees into the organization design, support the group's independence and initiative, increase the team’s creativity and make use of its potential.
The programme consists of expert’s presentations, company case studies and developmental workshops.
