This concept was put forward by the late Ben Fuchs and touches on how facilitators can understand and respond to conflict when it occurs in the groups we work with.
Participants will learn how to recognize the three levels of conflict and options for dealing effectively with each. We will share some of the conflict-related challenges we have faced and will leave you with further resources to explore.
