Kirsty Lewis goes into the intricacies of value and cost in facilitation business.
Kirsty, the visionary behind the School of Facilitation (www.schooloffacilitation.com) which is a global community of like-minded professionals aiming to refine their craft. This interactive workshop stems from her recent Global Pricing Survey, offering a unique opportunity to dissect and discuss the often-uncomfortable topic of money.
These members-only sessions are dedicated to new members: creating connections within the IAF community, know about the great things that are happening in the community globally, and learn about the IAF benefits.
However, any member is invited to participate and contribute with their insights about their experience as members.
As you register, you’ll be invited to answer a survey so that we get to know each other (a bit) better and align our session to your needs.
If belonging would be a taste, a smell, or a texture for you, what would it be and why? How does one obtain or keep a sense of self-determination, now that working remotely is one of the norms? Colleagues get a peek into your personal space during video conferences and you are continuously 'on', as the distinction between private time and time spent working starts to blur. Which boundaries are there to set in digital collaboration for one to experience more space and autonomy? To come closer together in mind and hearts, thanks to the distance between us?
