The purpose of the International Facilitation Week is to raise awareness of the value of facilitation and how it can support individuals, communities, businesses and governments.
As part of the activities associated with IFW we will host one of the world’s leading facilitators Martin Gilbraith at a sessions in Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney. Martin will lead a conversation about facilitation and his vast experience as a facilitator. It is an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the greats, network amongst colleagues and celebrate the IFW

An organization cannot function effectively without good cooperation, co-working and co-thinking.

Therefore, during the conference we will talk about ways of creating space for co-thinking and co-working in organizations. We will show how to use facilitation and participatory methods of work to create space for cooperation, engage employees into the organization design, support the group's independence and initiative, increase the team’s creativity and make use of its potential.
