"Diversity" has become a buzzword, which translates into differences accross many dimensions, including culture, sex, physical abilities, age, race, sexual orientation and even into political beliefs, religious practices, and socio-economic status. It is expected that with increased diversity in the teams will bring more ideas, innovative products, and better services. That is in theory, while in practice, getting together with people with too diverse backgrounds can cause confusions, misunderstandings, and conflicts. 

In this workshop, we will experience the facilitator's "dance" between similarity and diversity of the group and will outline the limits behind which diversity (as well as similarity) can become more limiting than nurturing.
