India
Friday, 29 March 2024 - 7:30pm to 9:30pm (Asia/Calcutta)

When facilitating group processes, what techniques do we use to make doubts and dissent visible? How can we go beyond the obvious “we all agree” ? How can we use the power of metaphor to give space for reflection?

Bring paper and coloured markers, pencils, pens, and paper for this highly interactive and cooperative session with Charles-Louis de Maere. During that session we will:

– Discover how using unexpected metaphors can bring clarity through confusion (don’t worry, it’ll make sense at some point)
