Speakers 

Nathalie Sabourin - With her practical experience, management studies (M.Sc., HRM, HEC; Executive Marketing Program, Queen’s University) and work experience in the United States, Japan and Great Britain, Nathalie Sabourin quickly pinpoints needs and rallies her clients around relevant and inspiring solutions, based on collaborative approaches (World Café, Open Space, Professional Co-Development Action Learning, Peer Coaching).

As a Strengthsfinder, MBTI and Coaching Ourselves certified coach, she trains and supports professional co-development facilitators and forms action learning groups, which become lasting change drivers within organizations.

In addition to coaching, Nathalie is often invited to teach at HEC-Montréal, ESG-UQAM and Université de Sherbrooke. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association québécoise du codéveloppement professionnel (AQCP) from 2012 to 2015.

Hector Villarreal Lozoya - Founder of Proyectum, a company dedicated to the development of collaboration and good project management practices across Latin America. He´s been an instructor, consultant and facilitator for the last fifteen years working in a dozen countries across the Americas all the way from Chile to Canada.

He is a Master Provider of the 4D-System method, utilized across the world to train high performance teams, based on the book “How NASA builds teams”.

Hector has a particular interest in digital technologies, becoming a Stormz Key Regional Partner in 2016. A member of IAF since 2005 and IAF Board members from 2014 to 2019.
