At certain times, leadership teams take time to define the future of their organization, department, or community. At this session, we will share session designs, tools and techniques for facilitating visioning meetings.

We'll discuss design choices with the group in mind. Some groups are creative, aspirational, inspired and open to imaging what could be, while others are firmly grounded in logic and pragmatism and look to past experience. How to you adapt your approach to help the group define a tangible, compelling future state for their organization?
