People walk around the room and these questions are posted on the flip chart across the rooms.


What are the meetings? – Why we conduct meetings? - Why many a times meetings seems to be a waste of time? – Why meetings fail? – Why people walk out of the meetings frustrated?

Debrief -:

What interesting conversations you heard during this 20 min?

What feelings aroused in you?

What was most disturbing?

What you think can be done about the way meetings are conducted?

What did you learn about the meetings?

 

Next process - Data Mining-:

Brief about How to conduct effective meetings will be posted on the wall – ( Body Of Knowledge.)

People do a Free walk around to gather the information.

Teams are formed – 6 people per team.

Each team prepares a small demonstration about how to conduct the effective meetings.
