2. Brainstorming – Ideas Generation for Transformation Initiative – Aarohan

3. Clustering of Ideas w.r.t. Process, Product, People and Dot Voting to set Priority Items

4. Divide group into 5-6 small groups for a Ball Game (outbound activity) to experience Challenges in Idea Execution. Take Away (Ideas) sharing by teams to Execute Ideas @ Work successfully
