About the facilitators:
Joyce Shabazz is a social justice entrepreneur, consultant, mediator, and educator with over 40 years of experience. As the founder of Evolution LLC, she supports mission-driven organizations in achieving transformational change. Specializing in conflict resolution and leadership development, her work focuses on addressing systemic bias in leadership.
Ora Grodsky is a mission-driven consultant with over 25 years of experience consulting with justice-seeking organizations, guiding change efforts, leading participatory and productive planning processes, and supporting leaders in the service of justice and love. She is the author of the new book: Justice, Love, and Organizational Healing: A Guide to Transformational Consulting.
