This workshop draws on research into collaborative advantage and more than 10 years’ experience of facilitating collaboration to introduce a framework that will help participants diagnose the state of the collaboration and powerfully facilitate the group towards collaborative advantage. This includes enabling the group to discuss some of the tensions and paradoxes at the heart of every collaboration.
