This webinar is a taster of relevance to Facilitators who desire to stretch and really engage with deeper human aspects of people, groups and their empowerment - in the service of an enriched Facilitation journey.

I use Psychodrama/Sociodrama (Action Methods aka Moreno) to increase my capacity to “make visible the invisible” and deepen insights , in my work with groups and organisations, as well as enhance spontaneity/creativity  in and group relationships between, people and systems. These nourish and allow ‘new’ to blossom and flourish.

They tap into the creative genius within us all to heighten our capacities to notice and respond more appropriately, freshly- using the principles of Moreno where we 'say' by 'doing' - where all conversations and dialogues are 'in action ' 

The webinar will provide appropriate 'book-ends' covering Context (at the front) / and Learnings (at the end), as well as ‘the experience’ itself, with some unpacking around specific techniques and flow. This is NOT a theory or a 'tools' class - it is a highly experiential and reflective developmental invitation

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Tom Schwarz is an IAF inaugural Hall of Fame award recipient, a previous IAF Board member, and a CPF /CPF Assessor. He has regularly presented at IAF Asia, Oceania and EU conferences since 2005 sharing how he works  with organisations facilitatively, embracing depth to enable transformative responses to the VUCA environment of today and tomorrow
