The purpose of this Special Interest Group (SIG) will be to hone our collective online facilitation and as a result increase the baseline of online facilitation of IAF members and friends.

During these calls participants will:

• Experience online facilitation skills
• Be exposed to diverse tool sets

A designated facilitator will:

• Interactively share a topic, activity, workshop
• Practice online facilitation
• Share interactively experience reports of what worked and didn't work

A designated host will:

• Handle the welcome, intro about group and support the facilitator if needed
• Get control back from the facilitator at the end, get feedback on the session, share relevant insights with IAF
