Obituaries

It is with a heavy heart that I report to my fellow IAF members that Bob Vance, one of the founders and the first chair of the IAF has died. Bob stepped up in 1993-1994 to guide the organization through those early years of getting it established as an international body.  His calm presence and facilitation approach modeled the kind of style so important during a time of uncertainty.  Together with his wife, Cynthia, they actively supported the work of the IAF through their own facilitation practice, and Cynthia, as an IAF board member from 1999-2004. Bob's legacy laid the foundation for the association's professional standards and international growth we enjoy today.
