• Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is until 12pm (noon).
• Any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to extra charges.
• Any request for a room change will be handled according to the availability, after confirmation of the reservation.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• After confirmation, the team responsible for the reservation will request to be charged (non-refundable), from the valid credit card, the value for the event period as a guarantee of reservation
• The staff will contact you via email with the confirmation along with the debit authorization
• The reservation payment date can be negotiated with the guest.
• The hotel has the right to charge a cancellation fee for any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the arrival date.

• You will get rates starting at R$ 325.00 (Single room) and R$ 366.45 (Double room).
