All Pre-Conference and Conference Registration Fees are NON REFUNDABLE, but transferable within the Conference Timeline this year. It will not be brought forward to future Conferences

Registrants have to advise the Planning Committee by 28th August 2019 so as to effect such transfers. After the said date, the transfer will not be effected and the Fees will remain in the Conference Funds

All transfers will be for the same pre-selected Pre-Conference Workshop (s) and / or Concurrent Session (s). No changes will be entertained
