Facilitation practice
I have been working as a facilitator and a trainer since 2008. During this time I facilitated hundreds of workshops in the private sector, mostly for multinational companies. My experience covers strategic topics – creating mission, vision, strategy, defining values -, conflict solving and problem solving, transitioning and going through change with the team, cooperation and effectiveness, as well as building community. I am using a wide range of facilitation methods and I especially see positive psychology based tools (such as AI or SOAR for example) working really well. Self-esteem, respect, acceptance of different interpretations and feelings are baseline in my room and I strive for keeping a positive emotional balance even when attacking hard topics. I am familiar with methods of working with small groups of 4-12 people through mid-size groups of 20-32 people up to working with whole departments of about 100 people with the assistance of a co-facilitator team. I know the dynamics of international groups, too. I regularly facilitate face-to-face as well as virtual sessions. Industries I have worked with: IT, telecommunication, manufacturing, energy, health care, financial, FMCG, pharmaceutical, SSC. I also work pro bono.
