I like to discover with my clients the different links between large scale change, design thinking and edaquate table games. For an urban development project we startet with "customer journeys", "Personas" and many more to develop a special form of a world café to define together with the participants a first version of vision. This we included as the basics of a table game (Stadtspieler) to play together urban development and to find several concerns for an open space. Within the open space we define project ideas which were deepened with other interactions out of the world of design thinking. Empower, encourage and enable to unfold innovation. I often work with the liberating structures, support as Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator teams and organisations in their approach to change.
