2008 - 2011 I was an in-house facilitator at Procter & Gamble. My title was "commercial innovation guide" and i designed and facilitated 3-4 workshops a month - mainly growth strategy ideation sessions for FMCG brands. Although no longer my formal role i get requests to run sessions to date, which i do as i love to. After 22 years at P&G I will leave and become a freelance faciliator.
