Kimberly is past Chair of the International Association of Facilitators, an inductee in the International Facilitator's Hall of Fame, a best selling author and has spent the last 25yrs facilitating community groups, professionals, volunteers, academics, medical professionals, government departments and corporate management teams. Two of Kimberly's clients have received Facilitation Impact Awards (a silver and a platinum) for the innovative and impactful facilitation outcomes they achieved with her help. Kimberly is well known for her innovative custom facilitation design, where she works closely with clients to design a process unique to meet their needs. The Modified Delphi approach that Kimberly has developed is a favourite of many clients and has been used successfully across the globe. Kimberly works with large and small groups and is often brought in to design and implement large scale consensus building processes, community dialogues and public engagements.
