I work in collaboration with clients and co-facilitators to create long term organization and individual change through facilitation. My facilitation is based on the Institute of Cultural Affairs Technology of participation with additional integration of Appreciative Inquiry/ Open Space and many other methods and processes that support group and individual shared learning and responsibility. I maintain my qualification as a CPF with the IAF and a Certified ToP Facilitator through ICA. What I mean by long term is that most clients work with me for at least 5 years, I am looking for interactive and learning relationships in which all are benefitting. Research area at the moment is combining ICA ToP with Laloux Reinventing organzation work (based on inegral theory) and Theory U based on Society of Learning exploration.Clients can be any type of organization or community, I work with them at their request. If they have money I charge.
