My facilitation practice covers a wide range, from strategic planning and public consultation to team development and group conflict resolution. I take an outcome-based approach, drawing on a varied toolkit to meet the specific objectives and context of each group. My passion is helping groups engage in powerful dialogue that strengthens their individual and collective ability to succeed. I am particularly effective when working with sensitive issues where there are divergent points of view. Although my work is mostly in Canada, I also have international experience and am well versed in online facilitation methods and tools.
