I have been facilitating groups since 1994. Facilitation is a key part of my own leadership. My facilitation practice started with facilitating user requirements sessions between end users and engineers. Today my practice is a blend of facilitation and coaching. I work primarily with top teams in organizations who are stuck in a complex topic or teams who are looking to level up their game. I help leaders change their conversations and give them ways to talk about topics they have been avoiding, or didn't see. In 2012 I developed the first accredited Agile Team Facilitation course with the International Consortium for Agile. I offer this program in-house and through open programs. I also mentor Agile facilitators.
