I facilitate primarily development processes related to organisational culture, team, strategy and leadership development. I have a strong methodology focus on LEGO Serious Play, but I use a variety of other online and offline facilitation methods as well. My clients are both Finland based and international companies, as well as public sector organisations. I also train facilitation skills to a variety of audiences. In 2020 my book on facilitation was published in Finnish. At the core of my practice lies focus on creating a safe space to share, an almost obsessive focus on the design phase and choice of the most adapt methods for each situation and client.
