I started to facilitate workshops in 2010. i got my CPF in 2017. I work as an internal facilitator and Navigator at the Swedish Migration Agency. The main focus for my job is change management at all levels in the organization. I have a special interest in facilitating change, collaboration and participation in a creative and fun way, For me it is important to give positive energy and to create a permissive atmosphere.
