Design and pilot of large emancipatory Practice Development program, and subsequent implementation statewide;
7 years as lead facilitator for a workplace culture evaluation and practice development program in NSW Health (Essentials of Care Program) which involved:
- Workplace critical cultural analysis and action planning;
- Program design, implementation, program resource development, facilitation development;
- Strategic engagement and stakeholder analysis;
- Employee engagement and critical support;
- Design and facilitation of active learning, workshops and action learning sets.
- Program evaluation and reporting.
