I am a HR-Learning Professional and facilitate mainly Leadership Programs. Apart from catering to MNC's I also do strategy and visioning sessions for Top Leadership. I love dabbling with different methodologies like Drama-Dance - Music and use that in my facilitation processess. In my free time I spend my energies in being a practitioner of dance (Bharatnatyam - Indian classical dance form) and am a theatre artist. I enjoy yoga, baking, growing vegetables in my terrace garden. I believe facilitation is a powerful tool to enable expansion of thought process for individuals and groups to make learn, grow and make mindful decisions.
