My specialty is strategic planning for organizations navigating complexity. Innovation and change topics are a great fit for my educational focus on Leadership, Organizational Innovation, and Change. My clients include government agencies, non-profits, professional associations, universities, and architects and construction firms. I began as a visual facilitator / graphic recorder then over time gained training in professional facilitation methods (ICA/ToP CTF designation) and am a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
