Born in Hiroshima and a graduate of Meiji Gakuin University's Economics Department in 2006, I began my career with H.I.S. Co., Ltd. After several years, I transitioned into an ERP consultant role, gaining experience in IT strategic planning and global system implementation projects. I dedicated seven years to this field.
Simultaneously, I established an NPO and devoted a decade to honing my facilitation skills. I have now been actively engaged as a professional facilitator for ten years. My expertise lies in creating spaces for psychological safety using ORSC® and designing effective online workshops.
Additionally, my commitment to promoting world peace is deeply rooted in my family history, as my grandparents were hibakusha (atomic bomb survivors). This drives my passion for fostering dialogue and understanding among people from diverse backgrounds across the globe.
