Dr. Ulrick Jean Claude, PhD, PMP Certified, Professional Trainer and Facilitator will facilitate an online session in which attendees will identify their main/dominant characteristics/traits in dealing with conflict situations. He will explore with them the choices they have when dealing with conflicts.

Ulrick Jean Claude has more than 30 years of experience in capacity building and training program coordination, curriculum development, training of trainers (TOT), project management supporting and working with local governance and development actors by using the interactive and participatory approach.
