Laura is the Chairperson of Open Quest Facilitation Technology and co-founder of Open Quest Facilitation in Shanghai. She is the first Asian Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and also an assessor for IAF certification program. She is certified as The Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Technology of Participation method as the practitioner and trainer, with the title of CToPF and CToPT. She specializes in facilitating sustainable organizational development to the fast-changing environment and catalyzing desired change.
