An experienced facilitator and aspiring organisational psychologist, Joanna is currently researching the experiences of hybrid workers when working across teams.
Hybrid working, for some organisations and employees is a relatively new format for how they work, combining time working remotely with time in the organizational setting. This new approach will have an impact on how employees, managers and teams interact with each other. There are various areas that could be explored but one area of particular interest is the impact of hybrid working on intra-organisational collaborations.
