In his corporate work experience spanning over 25 years, he has worked in Hotels, Cruise Lines, Retail and other industries. He is a CPF – Certified Professional Facilitator from IAF - International Association of Facilitators, PCC – Professional Certified Coach – from ICF – International Coach Federation and is a certified Hogan, MBTI, FIRO-B & Cultural Detective Practitioner. He has facilitated leadership development interventions across the Middle East and South East Asia. Arun has used LSIP – Large Scale Interactive Processes for facilitating Business Strategy, revisiting Vision, Mission Values, and Customer Centricity. He is empaneled with Great Place to Work Institute and IIT Bombay for facilitating some of their leadership interventions. Arun is a visiting faculty with some of the leading Business Schools in Mumbai, India.
