I help people collaborate, learn and create change. I support clients working to shape more planet-conscious policies, healthy and resilient societies, sustainable landscapes and responsible supply chains. Clients come from the private sector, government, United Nations agencies, international NGOs and research institutions. I help them to:- consult and co-design with multi-stakeholder groups; - develop strategies and action plans; - establish research priorities and position papers; - strengthen teams, systems and services; - enhance skills of staff, leaders and stakeholders; as well as - identify learning and improve approaches.
