Over the past 20 years, Jost Wagner has designed and facilitated more than 600 workshops and conferences across the globe, working with clients in the public, development, and private sectors. His portfolio includes engagements with the Asian Development Bank, United Nations, World Bank, USAID, GIZ, DFAT, five German political foundations, numerous international NGOs (such as Oxfam, Plan, and WWF), as well as government agencies and private companies. Jost has been a Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF-CPF) since 2008 and since 2023 a CPF-Master and is also a full member of the Association of Professional Futurists. A pioneer in the Mekong region, he has played a key role in promoting and training facilitation methodologies such as World Café, Open Space, Future Search, and Appreciative Inquiry. He is also an active advocate for futures thinking, Jost helps organizations and communities enhance their future literacy. His Handbook for Dialogue and Collaborative Action has been published in multiple languages including Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, and Spanish.
